Another super easy snack that I keep in the freezer. Home made Peanut Butter cups.
Melt almond bark as directed. Lightly coat the bottom of the mold with the melted chocolate.
Mix peanut butter with a little bit of powdered sugar. Place small amount in the middle of the chocolate and mold.
Top with some more melted chocolate and freeze until hard. Keep in a baggie in the freezer for chocolate emergencies! |
