Today is June 1, the last day of school here!  The kids are so excited!  Today is filled with parties, picnics, cleaning and treats.  As a mom this day is incredibly bittersweet.  I love to see my kids grow and experience new, exciting things.  However, I want them to stay my babies!  I know you other Moms out there know what I am talking about.  It seems like not long ago we were bringing J home from the hospital, and now he is going into 3rd grade!  WOW!  The cliche holds true, "time flies!  Enjoy them!"

So instead of being sad, I choose to celebrate today!  When they get home, we will celebrate their many accomplishments through the year.  We have already planned a FULL summer, so today is all about them!
