Corn Casserole Bake

This is defiantly a favorite in our house.  I don't make it very often because it is not the healthiest dish in the world.  Dad is not happy with that!  Between this and my Peach cobbler(recipe will be up later) he would eat those all of the time!

It is so simple, just a dump recipe.  Coat any casserole dish(I never use the same size so I can't tell you a size) with non stick spray.  Mix together 1 can whole kernel corn(drained), 1 can cream corn, 1 cup sour cream, 1/4 cup melted butter and 1 box corn bread mix(I use Jiffy, and do not make it, dump it dry).  Mix all together and dump into casserole dish.  Bake at 350* for 40 minutes, until middle is no longer "Jiggly".  Top with a cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese and bake for another 5 minutes.

That's it!  So easy and so yummy!
