Dad's Chicken

This has become a quick family favorite(as you can tell by the name of it).  I was incredibly hesitant to try it, as I was reading the recipe it sounded really disgusting.  The old saying comes into play with that "Don't judge a book by its cover".

This is one easy recipe and that is another draw to it.

Boneless/skinless chicken breast
Mayo
Parmesan cheese(the canned kind)
Ritz crackers

After cleaning the chicken breast, put them in a 9x13 baking dish.  Top with mayo(the more mayo the stronger/sweeter it is) spread it out evenly.  Shake desired amount of Parmesan over top.  Finely crush Ritz crackers and place on top of the chicken.

Bake at 350* for about 30 minutes(make sure to check the temp of the chicken!).

That is it!  So simple!!
